About Us
Lostandfound exists to creatively and theologically generate awareness about sexual exploitation and to mobilize students to action in our city. We accomplish this in three ways:
- Awareness: we organize events on our campus that cause people to be confronted with the injustice of sex trafficking in our city and challenged to respond theologically and practically.
- Mobilization: we have developed relationships with several nonprofits and ministries throughout the city for the purpose of Moody students volunteering or serving there for their PCM. Instead of reinventing the wheel, we have found organizations in the city already doing great work on this issue.
- Collaboration: we have created a University Network Against Trafficking (UNAT) that currently collaborates with the University of Chicago and Loyola to make a difference in Chicago. Our ministry is to the Moody campus, to the organizations fighting this injustice in our city, and to our peers from other schools.
